FAQ – Frequently Asked Questions?
Will I Have To Pay Any Fees Or Commissions?
You will never pay a fee or a commission when you sell your home to us. The offer you will receive from us will be a net offer and there will be no additional fees associated with our purchase of your property.
How Long Does It Take?
From contract to close the entire process can take as little as 7 days. Depending on your specific circumstances, we can adjust the closing date to fit your schedule. We can even let you stay in the house for a limited time after you’ve already received your funds! We understand that every situation will be different and we’re willing to work with you to find what works.
Do I Have To Pay Closing Costs?
We will cover all closing costs associated with the sale of the property, aside from owed property taxes. Don’t worry about paying for title insurance, doc fees, home warranties, or anything else you would be responsible for if you sold to a traditional buyer. We’ve got you covered.
Is There Any Obligation When I Submit My Info?
Never! You are under no obligation to accept any sort of offer from us when you submit your request. It is up to you to decide if/when you want to sell your house.
What If My Property Is Tenant Occupied?
We love buying properties with tenants in place! In fact, we do it all the time! Good tenants, bad tenants, or anywhere in-between, we have years of experience with properties that have a current lease in place. If your tenants want to stay, great! If not, we can help them relocate into a new rental or purchase a home of their own.
What If I Have Judgements Or Other Liens?
No worries! We have extensive experience solving all sorts of deed/title challenges including judgments, liens, probate scenarios, and more. We’re sure that we can help you solve whatever challenge you may be dealing with.
